scrolling disabled somehow on website frontend.

When I am in edit mode I am able to scroll up and down on my website pages but on the frontend i cannot scroll up and down. This is the case on multiple browsers and even on my phone. Any others having similar issue or know a fix?

no worries. I fixed this Sunday from the above error but I have fatal errors popping up on various pages. host stated it looks like theme issue and to contact for support.
