    Hi,

When scrolling down on our homepage of our site on mobile it seems we can only load half of the page.
On PC this is not a problem, do you know what causes this?

    Kind regards,
    Patrick

    Hi,

Does updating remove all previous made customizations (menu’s, product pages etc.)?

    Kind regards,
    Patrick

    Hi,

The theme is updated but the issue still exists.
I have attached a screenshot to show the problem. The mobile site seems to stop loading the bottom half of the page, making you unable to scroll down.

What can we do to solve this issue?

    Kind regards,
    Patrick

    Hello,

When you update a theme, it typically involves replacing the existing theme files with the new version. In some cases, if you made modifications directly to the theme files or code, those changes may be overwritten during the update process. This can include alterations to style sheets (CSS), template files, or even functions within the theme’s code.

However, some theme settings and customization options might be retained, especially if those changes were made using the theme’s built-in customization features or if modifications were made using a child theme.

Always create a backup of your site before updating the theme.

    Best Regards.
