staffcreatorParticipantHello lads!
We have a little problem..
Only for the Mobile view.. the search with ajax no longer works well, when I do a search the panel of the searched products no longer appears, I am experiencing this problem on all pages, Home, Shop, Product, Help, etc.. , It seems that for all pages it gives a result shifted all to the left because I see the shadow of the ajax panel. While nothing appears on the home page. (I am attaching small videos showing you the problem.)
P.S.
I also tried clearing the cache several times, still the problem. In the private section, I’ll send you URLs and administrator logins to make the necessary checks. I anticipate that the utilities have been tested and we confirm that they work, also in this access you can do all the tests you want as the site is Staging Test.
Let me know!
Thank you so much guys!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

staffcreatorParticipantHi If you think it could be some plugin, please check yourself, this you are working on is a test site, so you can disable and re-enable as many plugins as you want. If you do it yourself it is better as you are the owner of the theme and you can understand the problem right away.
Thank’s my friend
I’ll wait hereGreetings

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please, disable all the plugins that are not related to our theme by yourself so we don’t break anything. We need to check how our theme works without any influence.
Kind Regards

staffcreatorParticipantHi Artem!
Thank you for your answer.Actually I had already tried this .. I disabled all plugins .. but still nothing same problem. Ajax search doesn’t work. (I’m attaching another video that demonstrates this)
Let me know my friend.
I await your news..
If it were possible to return the search to normal Ajax that would be perfect.Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterThe problem is caused by the Custom CSS you added in Theme Settings. Try to remove it from there and test how it works.
Kind Regards
