Search bar display problem

Hello, I have a problem with the appearance of my site. N
umbers appear below my search bar. As you can see on the picture.
Any idea how to solve this problem ?

The problem was solved when I deactivated the “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” plugin, which is the last plugin I updated.

Ok, it’s solved thank you.
The “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” plugin has been updated and this is certainly what was causing the problem.
