Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

I tried everything, I put the same settings on this shop as on the others, I use Woodmart on 3 shops and only on this one the search does not work. And all plugins are the same. And the settings are the same. So I really don’t know what the problem is.
You can take a look (BUT ONLY IN 13 HOURS [00:00 in Croatia] BECAUSE THE SHOP IS CURRENTLY ACTIVE AND THERE ARE BUYERS)

As we have confirmed from the Test Site, there isn’t such an issue happening. So, this clears the fact that it is not an issue at the Theme end.

Secondly, the Search functionality isn’t directly influenced by Theme as far as the functionality is concerned. So, could you please once check the mentioned concern, how it works with some default WordPress themes like Twenty Twenty Three or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

If the issue persists with the default Theme then it can be an issue specifically at your Site and WooCommerce end.

If the issue works fine with the default WP themes, then kindly if possible please provide us a Staging Site with the WP-ADMIN Login details platform where we can thoroughly check and debug this and assist you accordingly. We are mentioning this because your Site is Live so it would be better if we check this concern on Staging Site. Hope you can understand !

Sorry for a bit of delay in the response due to the technical difficulties !

We have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site and deactivated all the third party Plugins on your Site remaining the Theme required ones activated and then checked back the Search concern, the Search was working fine by then: https://snipboard.io/nS3BqK.jpg

So, it is a third party Plugin conflict on your Site not a Theme end issue.

You now need to reactivate all the third party Plugins one by one to see which Plugin is causing the conflict. These were the Plugins on your Site which were active on your Site before deactivating: https://snipboard.io/QBzFkM.jpg

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
