search box do not work

I have been creating products and setting up categories for a long time. But it doesn’t show the number in the category and when I search, I can’t find it and the key looks I have set it to show category selector in the header. But it doesn’t work Can you check what is the reason for it?

ok seem i find some plugin make theme broken now i can resolved it.
