Search by sku does not work with a space

The search by sku does not work anymore when we put a space in addition.
I am attaching a screenshot of an example.
How do I get the search bar to support spaces in the sku when searching?

Unfortunately, SKU search works only with one word without spaces. When you put spaces it is not recognized as an SKU.

Is there no way to develop this part? Or to find a solution to make it work?
This is something quite important and my client would need it quite urgently.
If you have any solutions to fix this problem quickly that would be great.

Sorry, but technically it is not possible to implement. We have already investigated this to develop in our theme core.
