Search category problem

    Good afternoon
    I’m having a problem searching by category on the sidebar, the following always happens, which I will now explain.

    Main category/child category
    warranty/printer
    warranty/laptop
    laptop/13″
    laptop /14″

    If I search for laptop only appears as child under warranty category
    the others laptop/13″ and laptop /14″dont appear
    Is possibel make they appear or even better only the main category appear or order by category?

    On the lateral bar from the search on the store if you type “port” for example it will show “Portáteis” that is child category from “Extensao Garantia” but there is a maisn category with the name “Portateis” withou accentuation on “a”

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    I can’t disable all plugins at the moment.

    Hello,

    To investigate this properly without affecting your live website. Please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.
