Search feature not working in mobile

    Hi!
    I’m writting because of an issue with the search feature in mobile version.
    When you tap on it, it opens for a few milisecs and then it closes automatically.

    Could you help me with this?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hi,
    The problem doesn’t appear in the inspect tool. It only appears in real mobile devices. Here I attach 2 videos where you can see that when I click the search icon, the menu opens for a second and then automatically closes.
    Hope you can understand the troubble with this images

    Hi,

    I’ve disabled the option you mentioned, but the style of the site has been severely affected.
    For example, in mobile version, menu icons aren’t visible.
    I think this affects more the usability of the site than the issue with the search feature. Do you have any other possible solution?
