Changing from one to 3 columns will also change the desktop view, and this changes the position of the menu on the desktop. Even making this change, on mobile the margins continue.
Why did they ask me for my access data? I gave the access data and then I received this simple reply, they didn’t even take the time to test it since they had the access data.
In short, support that leaves something to be desired.
