Search Function Not Working

when just typing ‘U3000’ in the search bar, Refurbished products are visible and when hitting the enter button, actual result page does not show Refurbished products.
How can I make Refurbished products are not shown in the search bar too?

It seems you moved your site to main domain but I still can’t access the site with VPN as well.

Please ask your hosting provider if they restricted IPs or Countries.

This is what I received from WordPress again. There is no such restrictions.
“We don’t have IP restrictions for that country, and the fact that the site loads means that there is no restriction, which might be related more to their ISP.”

You added code to functions.php file of Child theme, but you are using Parent theme. Please switch to Child theme and check again.

Navigate to Settings > Relevanssi > Indexing tab > Select the post types and Taxonomies > Click on Save the options and then Build the index buttons > Clear cache and check again.

We just switched to regular Woodmart Theme as issue of the ‘refurbished products’ which are not supposed to be shown in search will be fixed by a patch soon.
And we have done some modifications on regular Woodmart Theme so we had to change to Woodmart, not child theme.
And we did not install any plugins for searching function. We are using your default search options.
Basically, some products can be searched and some can not.

Please look into this issue.

I saw you changed the theme to another for maybe testing.
However, when theme is changed, home page and other filters are changed!
Please ask us first if you need to change theme for testing.

Them what would be the issue? Why some products can be searched and some can’t?

Ans please do not switch the theme before our approval!
Once theme is changed, even though it is back to the Woodmart Theme, homepage is set to other page, and shop filters are reset, and even some variable products are changed to the simple product!

You can create a dev site, deactivate all plugins (except WooCommerce) and switch to Storefront theme, then try to search again to see if it works.
