Search icon position and visibility menu

I set Header Layout Simplified, with CSS is possible set search icon on the right?
In this website now is on the left: http://sic-amb.sitowebwp.it/

Always in this website http://sic-amb.sitowebwp.it/ when I click a menù it disappear for a moment why?
