Search in mobile mode

when I try to search something in a mobile view of my website it shows an extra box which could be very confusing for my user. plz tell me how to fix this.

a plugin called Relevanssi search was causing an issue I removed the plugin and the problem was solved. Thanks for Your Precious Time.
