Search is not working for products on my website

As you can see on the attachment when I use the search functionality nothing is found even when I search for the product name

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area. In most cases, the reason may either the plugins conflict or theme customization.

I followed all the steps, there is no additional plugin just yours… How do I activate searching on products because when I click on the search button is says “Start typing to see posts you are looking for.” I think It search only posts
