Search page Issue

Hi,
at one of my eshop websites with woodmart theme when the visitor click on search icon at home page and opens the search, write a word about looking for … so far so good … but if hit enter on search bar (usually do it visitors) then the wordpress have issue and goes to white page with message :
There was a critical error on this site.

This is first time that happens in Woodmart site. My other sites did not have any same issue.
