Search suggestions do not show products SKU

Hello,

When I search using the default search the suggested results do not show SKUs.
By investigating the requests to the backend and the javascript code of the ajaxsearch.js the SKU is there but not shown.
I have tried deactivating all plugins except the mandatory ones.

Any help is appreciated.

Sorry, but there is no option available for that in Theme Settings.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
