Search translated string does not appear in all pages

Hello,

I am using loco translate to translate the text inside the Search form . The text i am referring to is “Search for products” and the explanatory message below “Start typing to see products you are looking for.”

Both are translated and they appear translated on all the pages. But if I am on a single product page, the text appears untranslated.

Have disabled all other plugins and left only woodmart, woo commerce and loco translate. Still, I can see the problem.

The problem is caused by a plugin conflict of Contact Form 7 and Loco Translate.

The single product page contains the contact form and this causes the problem.

Thank you for your response, but I am afraid that might not be the problem.

Here is a video as a proof of concept on the live site.

I have disabled the Contact Form 7 extra plugin but still, The text appears untranslated on the single product page.

I use the themes layout builder for most of the products in the site.

This plugin is shipped with the theme by default. When I installed the theme, it asked me to install it as a recommended and mandatory plugin in order for the demos to play properly.

Besides that, most of the contact forms on the site are built using the contact form 7 plugin. 2 months ago I installed the theme on another site and everything was working fine.

Also, before replying here, I checked the test site where I provided the credentials, and I saw that only the Contact Form 7 Dynamic Text Extension plugin was deactivated and not the Contact Form 7.

I run a test on the contact page that I also have a contact form 7 and the text appears translated. I have added the page below so you can check it for yourself. If contact for 7 was creating the problem, then on this page the translated strings would appear untranslated.

I would kindly ask you to check this again.

Please remove the form from the product and check how it works.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

The theme was compatible with Contact Form 7 and no it seems that is not anymore.

If I change to storefront theme, the functionalities will not be identical to Woodmart. If you use the hooks to display strings or manipulate search is ok, but here we talk about functionality that does not appear based on the theme. Not on woocommerce.

Do you suggest anything else that will not include changing every form on the site because of this? Or a form plugin that will be compatible with Woodmart? Or, can you please make the theme compatible with the Contact Form 7 plugin?

I would understand if this was a 3rd party plugin with 500 installations. Not a plugin that comes as a recommended forms plugin from Woodmart.

The contact form 7 plugin is fully compatible with WoodMart. The plugin is not compatible with Loco plugin and out theme cannot influence it.
