Search very slow

Hi there,

We are still having a lot of problems with the speed of the site search.

We have turned off Ajax and it hasn’t made much of a difference its taking up to 10 seconds to get results.

Is there anything we can do, its a big complaint from customers.

We have tried other themes and its much faster. If you could please help and advise how to improve this.

We are using a high spec server and have tested other themes on the same set up. Its the one area really letting the site down.

Could you please send us an admin access to the site where we can test the search both with our theme and with default WordPress theme to see the difference?
