cncstorebandungParticipantHi Woodmart team,
I found an issue with the search feature on my website.
When I type a product name and click “View All” without selecting any category, no products are displayed.
However, when I select a category, the products appear correctly. The screenshot I attached shows both cases — the one where no products appear (no category selected) and the one where products appear (category selected).
I’d like the search results to show all relevant products even when no category is selected.
Thank you for your help!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance

cncstorebandungParticipantHi,
Thanks for your response!
Could you please clarify which plugins I should disable — only third-party ones, or all except WooCommerce and Woodmart? Also, I’ve already sent the admin access details via private message.
Thank you!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
It seems to be broken by the plugin
HUSKY - Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce. Try to contact plugin’s developers for help or disable it on your website.Kind Regards

cncstorebandungParticipantHi WoodMart team,
Thanks for your reply!
I’ve tested the AJAX search again with a few different filter plugins to confirm the behavior.
I tried these plugins:HUSKY – Products Filter for WooCommerce
Product Filter by WBW
WCAPF – WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter
Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce (BeRocket)
Unfortunately, the same issue occurs with all of them — when searching without selecting any category, it still shows “0 products found”, even though the products exist.
The search works correctly only when a category is selected. This makes me think the issue might be related to the AJAX search logic itself, rather than a specific filter plugin.
I’ve also attached screenshots showing the results for each plugin for your reference.
Could you please double-check if this behavior can be adjusted within the theme settings or if there’s a workaround to make the search return results even when no category is selected?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,

cncstorebandungParticipantHi WoodMart team,
Thanks for your reply!
I checked under Dashboard → WoodMart → Patcher, but I couldn’t find patch #690957 listed there.
I’ve already updated the theme and core plugin to the latest version, but it still doesn’t appear.
Could you please confirm if the patch is available for the current version, or should I re-sync or reinstall something to make it show up?Thanks again for your help!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please update the theme to the latest version first – 8.3.3. The patch is for the latest version only.

cncstorebandungParticipantHi WoodMart team,
Thanks for the clarification!
I tried updating the theme to version 8.3.3, but an error occurred during the update process:
An error occurred while updating WoodMart: Could not move the old version to the upgrade-temp-backup directory.
Could you please advise how to fix this so I can complete the update?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Try to update the theme manually by uploading it via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new. You can download the latest version in your account on ThemeForest here https://themeforest.net/downloads
Kind Regards

cncstorebandungParticipantHi Hung,
Thanks for your help.
I’ve manually downloaded the theme from the link you provided and installed it via the WordPress admin panel. The installation message said it was successfully installed, but the version still shows as 8.2.5, not 8.3.3 as mentioned.
Because of that, the Patcher section still doesn’t show the patch you referred to.
Could you please double-check the download link or provide the correct file for version 8.3.3?
Thanks again for your assistance!

cncstorebandungParticipantHi Hung,
Just an update — I noticed in Dashboard → Updates that WoodMart version 8.3.3 was available.
I clicked Update, and the message said “Updates have been completed successfully.”However, when I checked in Dashboard → WoodMart, the theme version still shows as 8.2.5, and the Patcher section still doesn’t display the patch you mentioned earlier.
Could you please check why the version didn’t actually change after updating?
Thanks again for your help!

cncstorebandungParticipantHi WoodMart team,
Thanks for updating the theme and applying the patch!
I’ve tested the search feature again, but the issue still persists — when I click “View All” without selecting any category, it still shows “0 products found”, even though the products exist.
I also reached out to the HUSKY Filter team regarding this issue. They suggested that I create a site clone using the Duplicator plugin and share FTP + WP access on a test subdomain for them to run some tests.
(Their full message is in the Private Content section.)Now I’m a bit confused — should I wait for your team (XTemos) to fix the issue first, or should I follow the HUSKY team’s instructions and proceed with their request?
Please advise which step I should take first.
Thanks a lot for your continued help!
