    When searching in incognito – we are redirected to the home page instead of the search results – you can turn off the plugin that our programmer built called DIVINE-SEARCH to see the problem occur. This is not related to caching – we disabled all caching processes – so it is still like this and we were unable to resolve it.

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP login details, so I can check and give you a possible solution. Also, switch the child theme to the parent theme.

    I will create a development environment for you – because I don’t want to turn off all the plugins now and wait for an update – because it’s a live site, this is problematic, although I understand your demand for elimination – or I would be happy if you could at least coordinate with us a time when the plugins will be turned off while they are actually going to perform the test in order to minimize the meeting in operating the site.

    Please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.

    Hi, we need to understand what exactly you did and how you say you solved the problem?
    We will need to know if this change will disappear in future versions of the template or is it something specific to our site?

    As a reminder, we also did a cache cleanup, and it did not solve the problem.
    The solution you did was in a development environment, not in the real environment, so we want to know how to apply this solution to the live site as well.

    To clarify, I updated the Woodmart Core plugin and WPBakery Page Builder to their latest versions on your site. The issue you were experiencing was caused by using older versions of these plugins, and after the update, the problem was resolved.

    This change is fully compatible with future theme updates and will not be lost. You can safely apply the same solution to your live site by following these steps:

    • Update the Woodmart Core plugin to the latest version.
    • Update the WPBakery Page Builder to the latest version.

    Once both are updated, clear your site and browser cache to see the changes reflected.

    Please let me know once you’ve done this, and I’ll be happy to recheck everything on the live environment for confirmation.

    We implemented the fix you mentioned on the live site, but unfortunately it didn’t work.
    I would appreciate it if you could test this solution on the live site please.

    You can also see another phenomenon to refine, that when we search for a product and click “Show all” it does not display the search results but “jumps” to the home page. See video

    Please try the following steps:

    • Clear and temporarily disable any server-level cache if you are using it.
    • Temporarily disable cache plugin and disable CDN (Cloudflare).

    If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
