Searching SKU via Search Bar – ERROR

Hello,

When I search a specific product SKU on my website’s search bar I’m shown the product listing in the dropdown. However, if I click the magnifying glass it tells me that the product does not exist on my website.

I’m trying to search this specific SKU too: F1127501

I’ve searched on teh XTEMOS forums to see if others are having the same issue. It appears I’m not the only one.

Already tried deactivating my plugins, search still isn’t working as it should.

Please advise.

Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme, the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins and then other plugins. Then check how it works.
