help, aren’t you?

1. How long would I be able to download the Woodmart theme on my computer? Because many a time it garbles up?
2. Help me understand the CSS box (attachment)
3. Give me a clue how to understand: Inherit from smaller, No offset, Offset, 6 Column 1/2 …etc.
