Select Category problem in dropdown menu

Hi, I’ve a problem with the select category dropdown that there is on the search bar, also in your electronics/forniture demo home page.
Infact, “select category” dropdown, on the search bar, contain all categories of my shop, but I’ve many categories so i’ve a category system like as:
-Products
–Home Appliances
—Dish Washer
–Electronics
—TV & Audio
–Computers
—Modem
—Monitor
etc…
How can set theme to show in dropdown filter menu of my search bar only the second level of categories (Home Appliances, Electronics, Computers in my example) without show main category “Products” and without show subcategories of third and next level?

Unfortunately, there is no option for that. Categories show all available ones.
