“Select Options” button loads a popup instead of taking me to the product page

    Hi All,

    When I press a variable product “Select Options” button on the shop page, I get a popup telling me that the product has been added to the cart. Then the product page loads a second later.
    Also, when I press the “Add to Basket” button for a single product, the same popup appears but then product is added to the Shopping Cart Widget. I do not want the popup message to appear.
    How do I stop the popup message from appearing for both buttons?

    Or at least stop the popup appearing for the Select Options button

    Please navigate to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Shopping cart widget > Action after add to cart and select No action option https://prnt.sc/NIDTjS1RnRRJ

    Hi Hung,

    I have tried this but unfortunately this does not fix the problem. The popup is still appearing when clicking “Select Option” for a variable product on the shop page.

    I have turned off the variable product quick shop so the customer can not choose / purchase the variable products directly from the shop page. The setting is here: Theme Settings > Shop > Variable Product > “Quick Shop”

    I think this might be why the added to cart popup appears when I click the “Select Option” button. When I click “Select Option” I want the button to take me to the product page and not display a popup.

    When clicking the “Select Option” button the website thinks that I am adding it to the cart.

    Please can you help.

    1. Select Options

    The popup comes Sweet Alert css, which is part of https://cdnjs.com/ https://prnt.sc/kAGME73hT9xM Please disable it and check again.

    2. Add to cart in Single Product
