Semrush nofollow warning on links

Hello,

Semrush gives this warning “outgoing internal links contain nofollow attribute”. When I researched which links gave this warning, I saw that nofollow was placed on the variation link (select options) of the product lists. Is there any way to remove this? Or will it be good to remove this?
