Sendcloud relay point button does not appear

Hello,
When I select a relay point (generated with Sendcloud) the button to select the relay point does not appear.
I’ve already deactivated all the plugins and done all the updates but it doesn’t change anything.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I should have a button to select a relay point as shown in the screenshot, but with your theme nothing is displayed.

Your issue has been resolved. under the Dashboard > Layouts > there was a Custom Layout enabled for the checkout page which is why you weren’t able to see the sendcloud button. So, for the time being we have disabled the checkout layout and now the button shows fine on your Site.
Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser cache.

Try to disable the custom layout for the checkout page and check the issue. You can do this in Dashboard > WoodMart > Layouts.
