The main problem is that editing with Elementor is very frustrating and unreliable. Many basic Elementor settings — such as font size, colors, borders, spacing, and other standard options — simply do not work as expected. The theme’s own widgets and styles seem to override Elementor’s settings, so I’m unable to customize the design properly. In addition, Elementor often doesn’t reflect the changes I make in real-time, which makes the whole editing experience confusing and inefficient.

    Hello

Thank you for your feedback regarding the editing experience with WoodMart and Elementor. Please note that many design aspects such as typography, colors, buttons, and other style settings are primarily controlled from the WoodMart Theme Settings. These theme options override some of Elementor’s style settings to maintain design consistency across the site. This is why certain changes in Elementor may not appear as expected.

For the best results, we recommend configuring your global styles like fonts, colors, and button appearances directly in the WoodMart Theme Settings. Elementor’s role is more focused on layout and content structure, while the theme ensures a unified visual style.

If you experience delays or issues with Elementor reflecting changes in real-time, please ensure you are using the latest versions of both the theme and Elementor, and clear any caching plugins or server caches. If problems persist, feel free to share specific examples or screenshots, and we can assist further.

    Regards

Alright, then I would like to ask for your help with certain settings and adjustments that I simply cannot make. These options would normally be available in Elementor, but as I mentioned, it doesn’t work properly with the theme — and the theme’s own customization options don’t seem to work well either.

For example, there are certain colors that I haven’t set anywhere in the theme settings — they’re not defined there at all — yet I can’t change them. The theme doesn’t provide any option to modify these styles, and since Elementor doesn’t work properly with the theme either, I have no idea what I’m supposed to do.

There are things like specific colors, borders, radius, spacing, or sizes that I simply can’t customize — either the theme doesn’t allow it, or it’s overly complicated, and Elementor is blocked from changing it. Please, I’m asking you to fix this issue as soon as possible so that Elementor can be used to fully edit everything, just as it should be.

    Hello

Thank you for your detailed explanation. We understand the frustration when certain styles like colors, borders, spacing, or sizes cannot be changed as expected. To clarify, WoodMart uses a combination of Theme Settings and its own CSS styles to ensure a consistent design, which can sometimes limit direct Elementor style overrides.

We continuously work on improving compatibility with Elementor, but due to the advanced design system of WoodMart, some style controls are centralized in the theme to maintain consistency. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to share specific examples or screenshots of the problematic elements via Private content if you need more targeted assistance.

    Regards
