ctkghtParticipantAfter the website was installed, the CPU or disk write usage often hits 100% whenever editing pages with Elementor. Troubleshooting points to insufficient server configuration. My current setup is 2 vCPUs, 4GB RAM and 5Mbps bandwidth. What server specifications do I need for smooth website operation?
September 15, 2026 at 11:01 am #729069Hi there,
Please test the page editing process with a default WordPress theme activated and all third-party plugins temporarily disabled.
If Elementor performs better in this setup, please record a short video showing the editing speed with the default theme. This will allow us to compare it with WoodMart and investigate the difference further.
Kind regards,

Thanks for the video.
Please temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins and provide temporary WordPress admin access via the forum’s Private Content field so we can check the configuration.
Kind regards,

ctkghtParticipantThe required plugins for the template have been enabled. I’ve provided backend credentials; you may log in to check.
September 16, 2026 at 10:50 am #729160Hi there,
Thank you for providing the WordPress admin credentials.
Please also provide temporary FTP access via the forum’s Private Content field so we can check the server configuration further.

ctkghtParticipantI saw resource usage hit 100% twice, and I just restarted the server for the second time.

ctkghtParticipantI want to set up the website on my local computer and upload it to the server once it is fully refined. How should I install the template locally?
September 16, 2026 at 4:02 pm #729213
ctkghtParticipantI notice the server load has hit 100%. I will restart the server shortly.
September 16, 2026 at 5:07 pm #729244Hi there,
Thanks for the update. Each time we begin checking the issue, the server becomes unavailable, so we are unable to reproduce the problem and review the configuration properly.
Please let the server remain online or let us somehow restart it ourselves otherwise it is impossible to troubleshoot this.
Kind regards,

ctkghtParticipantHi,
I’m using an Alibaba Cloud server running Ubuntu 24.04, with websites deployed via Baota Panel. The panel supports server restart, but when server resources hit 100% usage, restart may not work normally.
I will share access to the Baota admin panel with you. If you cannot restart the server through Baota, please contact me directly, and I will reboot it from the Alibaba Cloud backend.

ctkghtParticipantI don’t want to delay website progress before the issue is fixed. I intend to make a local backup of the site. Please let me know how. I entered the theme license, yet the theme cannot be installed normally.

ctkghtParticipantYou may disregard my last message. I have already set up the website locally.
September 17, 2026 at 5:15 pm #729408Hi there,
We tested the site and found that Elementor works after WooCommerce is deactivated.
However, after opening the WooCommerce Status page and making a couple of requests, the server became unavailable again. It is possible that another active Elementor editing session also contributed to the resource usage. We also noticed that simply working in the WordPress admin area increases the server load to approximately 75%.
At the moment, the hosting control panel is also unavailable, so the server cannot be restarted through it.
This indicates a server-side resource or configuration issue rather than a theme issue. Please consider testing the website on a trial account with another hosting provider or upgrading to a more suitable server environment.
Kind regards,

Please let us know the result after you test the website on another hosting environment or after upgrading the server resources.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

ctkghtParticipantHi XTemos Studio,
May I ask what server configuration (minimum and recommended) is needed for WoodMart to work smoothly, including PHP settings, memory, CPU and database requirements?
We will inform you after we complete the server environment test.
September 21, 2026 at 6:08 am #729668
ctkghtParticipantIf I don’t install the WooCommerce plugin, will the theme still work properly?
September 21, 2026 at 8:57 am #729672Hi there,
Thanks for following up.
WoodMart itself does not define fixed minimum or recommended CPU, RAM, or database-resource values, as these depend on the number of products, visitors, active plugins, imports, and concurrent admin/Elementor sessions. However, based on our testing, the current server environment is unable to handle normal WordPress admin and WooCommerce requests reliably, so the server configuration or available resources need to be improved.
Please ensure that the new environment meets these requirements:
– Latest stable WordPress version
– PHP 8.3 or later
– MySQL 8.0 or later, or MariaDB 10.11 or later
– HTTPS enabled
– PHPmemory_limit: 256M
– PHPmax_execution_time: 180
– PHPmax_input_vars: 10000
– PHPpost_max_size: 64M
– PHPupload_max_filesize: 64MFor CPU, RAM, disk I/O, and database performance, please consult the hosting provider, as they should recommend a WooCommerce-capable plan based on your website size and expected workload. The 100% resource usage and server unavailability we observed indicate that the present environment is not sufficient or is incorrectly configured.
Regarding WooCommerce: WoodMart can be used without WooCommerce for a regular non-shop website. However, all shop-related functionality, including products, cart, checkout, product layouts, and other e-commerce features, will not be available without the WooCommerce plugin.
Kind regards,
