Server connection errors

    Hi,

    I just recently purchased your theme and started to install it on my website. When I install the theme and plugins, the website starts to give different server connection errors such 502, 504, 524, “Error connecting to the database” and etc. Before I built several websites and never had any issues like these. I switched to twenty twenty theme several times and it worked fine. I have different website running on the same server and there is no any problem so I am pretty sure that it is related with the theme itself.

    After several tests, I found out that these errors start when I activate the Woocommerce plugin. The homepage of Woocommerce also appears as blank.

    If I follow you well, you are installing the theme on the existing site.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor (you can use only one builder, it is not possible to use both)
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    Then try to activate the theme, do you have these errors?

    Hello,

    It was not existing site because I deleted WordPress completely and then installed back. When the mentioned plugins are not activated, the site works well but when I activate the plugins, it starts to give 504 errors. I will again delete and install WordPress and will try to activate the theme. I also installed and activated other themes to see whether there is a problem on the server and no problem happened.

    Hello,

    Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
