    Hello,

    I can’t open our website frontend, backend is no problem.

    when I disable woodmart core, the website is working. when I activate woodmart core again, it’s not working.
    when I disable wpbackery builder the website is working.

    Can you help, we have a lot of website with woodmart on our server with the same memory limit etc

    Please, disable all external plugins and switch to the parent theme so we can check the issue.

    thanks for your reply, I disable all external plugins.
    the message Service Unavailable is gone, but when I enable Woocommerce then “Service Unavailable” is back.

    It looks like some PHP files are missing in the theme folder. Try to reinstall the theme completely and test how it works.

    Hello,

    Thank you, we are able to connect now.
    We checked your server but we didn’t find any error logs. Even with enabled WP_DEBUG the server still shows a generic 503 error and doesn’t display any PHP errors. Please, contact your hosting provider now and ask what is this error caused by. Yes, it might be a problem with the theme but in this case, there has to be some PHP error somewhere in the logs.

    when woodmart core is activated, CPU and memory go skyhigh…

    We need to be able to test this ourselves to understand if is it caused by WoodMart or not. CPU can be loaded by different things, not the theme only.

    It looks like you have an infinite loop in your categories navigation. The first category dropdown contains an HTML block that calls the menu itself creating the loop and breaking your server.
