Set border width to 2px and border color to shop buttons and custom text color

Hello, I want to edit the following to all my shop buttons:
1. Text Color Scheme to a certain color (not light or dark)
2. Text color scheme on Hover to a certain color (not light or dark)
3. Border width to 2px
4. Border Color to a certain color
I want these edits to work on all shop buttons. How do I do that? I am not able to do this in Styles & Colors -> Buttons, as the configuration doesn’t make what I want.

1 & 2) You can set custom colors, fonts, etc for the specific areas using the typography settings under Theme Settings >> Typography.

3 & 4) Please provide some relevant screenshots of the buttons you are trying to add a border with the URL to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
