Setting ID and anchor for page

Hello, I have tried to set up a secondary menu for some product pages, and I have added ID for different section inside the page and put #xxx in the link for the menu items. Some are working but there is one, it will misplaced, could you please advise, thanks!

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.
Please try re-adding the link and the ID to the section then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have logged into your website and checked after deactivating the SG Optimizer plugin. And the menu item scroll is working fine.

Which clears that the issue is not from the theme. I have reactivated the plugin back on your website.
You can try checking after deactivating the plugin.
