Setting saving problem

Hi,
We have problem on changing theme settings. when I change settings and click on save button, successful message showing but when I refresh the page I see nothing changes!
mod-rewrite is installed and mod_security not installed.

Admin login is in private content.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
