Setting the theme "Woodmart Child"

Hello! I installed the “Woodmart” theme, following the instructions, and then I installed the “Woodmart Child” theme. Now I can not configure it. Settings are not displayed, it gives an error (I attach screenshots). Help please solve my problem, maybe I did something wrong?
