For example, for some products it is possible to choose the quantity while for others you cannot and I can’t understand where to edit this thing, if I create a new product I can’t even get the description tab, finally I don’t understand what the custom fields are for in the product pages, finally, why are some pages there and others not, or are they different?

1. For the description you need to make sure that you have added the Content in the Description area. Then check back.

2. To disable the quantity please edit the product and enable the option to be sold individually.

I’m sorry but I haven’t solved the problem, the only way to have the ability to manage the quantity of the product is to copy the product from a demo, specifically I copy the item “Variable product example”, but if I change the settings from variable product to simple product, I no longer have the possibility to manage the quantity, I thought that the problem may be generated by the YITH plugin.
Finally I don’t know how to add the Content in the Description area.

1) You need to edit the product and modify the products description. And modify using Elementor.
