Setting up Woodmart theme on another server

I am trying to do a clean installation of the woodmart theme on a new server. However, when I try to install the theme I get the following error:
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

Hi,
I was able to install it and is now working fine. There were multiple wordpress instances on the server, possible the cause for that error. I cleared the other wordpress installations and got it to work.
