i added the link, As you said, and all i get is a 404 error, “The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”

it should open “https://knightindustriesofkentucky.com/?product=s2rtidash” but i get the above mentioned 404 error. i also tried the Car cover, it only refreshes the page, doesnt open the car cover item in the shop

It seems the issue is due to the custom # at the beginning of the link.

Please remove the # and use the correct link format instead:
https://knightindustriesofkentucky.com/?product=s2rtidash&#8221

I have added this in the car cover slide and it is working fine. Check back your site and check the issue.

The button links for the “Car Cover” and “Ready to Install” slides were already functioning correctly. The “ZA Electronics” slide previously did not have a link assigned.

I’ve now added the following link to the “ZA Electronics” slide: https://knightindustriesofkentucky.com/?product=s2rtidash&#8221

The link has been successfully applied and is working as expected. All slide button links are now functioning properly on your site. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache and check the issue.

i don’t know why, but i had 2 people check for me the site, and all 3 sliders open the same product, the RTI Dash. Each shop now is supposed to open the corresponding product to the image that’s in the slide… am i incorrect in assuming thats what they would do? this obviously isnt an issue with my browser cache =(

You’re absolutely right — each “Shop Now” button should ideally link to the corresponding product shown in the slide image. Currently, all three slides are linking to the same product (RTI Dash), which is why all buttons are opening the same page.

This isn’t a cache issue — it’s just that the individual links for the other products (Car Cover, Ready to Install, etc.) haven’t been added yet.

To fix this:

1. Navigate to Slides > Edit each slide (Car Cover, Ready to Install, ZA Electronics).
2. In each slide’s button settings, add the correct product link based on the image shown.

If the issue remains, feel free to share the product names so I can check and add the link on your site.

the Season 2 dashboard Still give a 404 error. and the link was copy and pated, ithout adding the #8221 you had on all 3 links. still isnt working.. no clue why

no, i cannot. i got a 403 error trying to upload the video. the page doesn’t open like u said , for the RTI Dash. Instead it gives a 404 error, as i sent in a screenshot. and the URL is Clearly there to be seen.
