setup shop page

hello, how can i setup main shop page?
i would like to disable the view of all of the products on main shop page.
Instead i would prefe to show only the parent categories. When someone presses on a parent category he/she should go to the child categories page? is there such an ability please?

You can set such a view in the Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog. You will find the option to show categories on the shop page.
