Several problems (php error/translation/contact form 7..)

thanks for your theme updates & great work at “basel”.

We have some problems on several functions and hope for your support!

1. PHP error_log: billing_first_name:

*host, client, referrer & server was deleted here before posting for support.

2. The standard contact form 7 Plugin, doesn´t work anymore after updates.
The form is not sendig anything. After click at “submit” – nothing happens.

3. Translation “Search for products” via loco plugin
All strings which are related to the “Search”string are still showing only english “text”. All strings are translated, but there still appears only the english text..

4. We´ve got problem with streched rows / cols / fullsize Image on normal pages:
We got a full sized (full width) image on the homepage (page), it means over the hole width! But on every configuration (bakery page builder) we tried, the section/row first load a 12 col layout and then jumps to full-width layout. thats frustrating. HOW can we fix that?? Shop configuration ist “full-width”.

1. PHP error_log: billing_first_name and 2. The standard contact form 7 Plugin, doesn´t work anymore after updates.

Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem. We suspect that this is the issue of plugins conflict. If you see the same situation on the default theme, deactivated all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one to discover which one influence.

3. Translation “Search for products” via loco plugin

Please provide your site full admin access so that we could check.

4. We´ve got problem with streched rows / cols / fullsize Image on normal pages:

This is the way WP Bakery Page builder works. Our theme does not influence.

To 1: Still got this issue with basel theme. With standard WP-theme is everything OK. All third party plugins are inactive.

We asked you to provide a detailed explanation with steps how to see this error on your website. We need to check how it works with our theme and with default WordPress theme.
