Shift email input field

I added another field for email verification. Unfortunately, the “Send to a different delivery address?” function has now been moved. Can you please help me fix this?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
