“Ship to a different address?” not showing on 2 layouts of 4

Hello,

Installed theme on 2 websites. Both the same issue. On two layouts as on the attachment I see the chackbox “Ship to a different address?’ and on two of them I do not see it. I installed all of them on the same correct woocommerce shipping settings with shipping zone set up. Why on two of the check box is showing and on another one not?

When I use storefront theme the checkbox is also showing without issues.

I would not like to give access to my admin panel.

If it works for you please send me print screen on this demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/accessories/ that it is working for you in the checkout as for accessories demo it does not work for me on any fresh woocommerce install. As you see on print screen I know how to show the checkbox on other layouts so:

1. My settings are ok.
2. It is somehting with the layouts.

Please do not write that your theme does not control checkbox as I understand this. But something is wrong with layouts if on 2 out of 4 it is working and on another two is not. If it works for you send me print screen as requested. Please help me find solution as I got bad support from Elise about that issue and I would like to have this solved. Thank you..

We are Sorry for the earlier bad experience with the Support. Apologize from our end!

Secondly, we have imported the Accessories Demo on our Test Site as you mentioned > then created 2 Checkout page layouts with 2 of those predefined Layouts in which the Shipping to different address checkbox wasn’t showing > and found out the cause for the problem.

Actually, that Ship to different addresses under the Custom Layouts comes through the Shipping Details element which initially isn’t present in the mentioned 2 Predefined Layouts. So, we edited the Layouts > and then added that Shipping Details element > and then the required checkbox was appearing fine by then. Thank you for the reply. I was aware that this was issue of the layout. I suggested this to Elise in this topic FEW times: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/no-checkbox-different-billing-address-in-checkout/ this was my worst support experience ever. I get much better free not paid support from most companies. I wasted a lot of time and nerves and the support of Elise was really horrible. There were no intention to solve the problem and not even reading EVERY important information provided. And solution was so simple that I assume that Elise just do not know your theme at all as If I would know that I would found solution in one second. Also responses were very slow. I honestly wanted to write a negative review(which I never do) for your theme because his horrible support experience. I hope this will not happen again and that I will never get such a bad support from your customer service as I really like the theme and want to buy more for my stores.

Also If you could take a look at my other topic here: https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/page-title-14/ I honestly do not understand why Elise would need to see my website to provide my website link which is still under construction if I want CSS code for regular fresh install of Accessories demo to change the Page title margin which should be standard for every shop. I think that code should be provided easily. I would appreciate if Elise could not take care about any of my current or future tickets. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Regarding your other concern, you can try out the following Custom CSS and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS area on your Site to add Top and Bottom Margins for the Page Title:

  margin-top: 5em !important;
  margin-bottom: 5em !important;
}

Further, to control the Font of the Page Title, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced > there Add new Rule > in that select Page Title > and define the Font values there: https://ibb.co/WPtNfdm

You are great! This works perfectly fine. And please tell me, how I could change the breadcrumbs “HOME” in page title from capital letters to normal letters just to write “Home” and also other paths in breadcrumbs to be written in regular not capital letters?

Additionally, we want to do a humble request to you as a whole Support Team if you could reconsider the 1-Star Theme Rating that you had just given earlier and change it to 5-Star. Thank you for the code. It works good but it does not cover the Pages breadcrumbs, name of the pages in breadcrumbs are still capital letters. Also how I could change the font size of the page title?

Also I asked how I could change the menu and submenu size, font and color(picture attached) could you help me with that as well?

As for the review I could change it but I do not see any option there to edit it. I just hope that your support will work better for the customers and I trust that it will be that way as you said. For sure you have people here who want to help and you are for sure one of them.

Actually, the Page Breadcrumbs have a different class which is why it wasn’t covered with the earlier CSS. So, to cover that you need to apply the following Custom CSS:

.page-title-default .breadcrumbs span {
text-transform: capitalize !important;
}

Location to paste the Custom CSS is the same as told earlier.

Regarding the Font Size of the Page Title, did you miss our earlier response? This one:

To control the Font of the Page Title, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced > there Add new Rule > in that select Page Title > and define the Font values there which includes Size too: https://ibb.co/WPtNfdm

For the Menus and Submenus font control, under the same Dashboard > Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced > there Add new Rule > you can add Menu related rules > and then select Font Size, Font Color and different available options: https://ibb.co/PrZrCfH

If you still think some Menu Items don’t get covered with this then you can mention us so that we can provide you with the CSS for that.

Are you not able to find the option to edit the Review given earlier to Theme? We are sure there would be an option to edit that.

Thank you. This works just great.

1. I used the Advanced typography but in the Menu links on simple dropdowns I woud like to use wider margines right left top and bottoms different to each side. and also change the letter-spacing: 0.4px


2. I would also like to change the product description letter-spacing: 0.4px;

3. Also how I can change the Shopping cart breadcrumbs “SHOPPING CART CHECKOUT -› ORDER COMPLETE” to make them normal not capital letters? Same thing with all the buttons(add to cart, checkout, read more etc.)

4. Also in the cart there are capital letters in each table name(Product, Price, Qty etc, and in total of the cart title are capital letters as well) can you show how to change them to non capital? Same things in My account/orders and My account Addresses column names are in capital letters.

5. Also can you explain how I can check each element CSS name?

WoodMart>Header builder>Pick header>Top bar>Edit>Row flex layout> I have first option checked as I want the first option <-Flex-> but in top bar I have logo which I want to be centered and do not want to use the option Flex-><-Flex as I have trouble with getting every other elements to the sides. How I can center logo with Row flex layout option set to <-Flex-> ?

7. Theme settings>Single product>Elements>Stock status. I would like to show on product page only qty of stock if there is 2 products or less and if there is between 2 to 6 show info „Only few in stock” and where there is more than 6 do not show anything. Can we do it somehow with custom code? Can you please provide one? This is really important for me.

8. In categories I would like to make category description shorter with collapsible content function. How I can make this for categories description? I would like also to add margin top and bottom to that description.

9. Same thing with Brands description, how I could make brand description collapsible and I would like to show it on brand page(Accessories demo)

10. On product page I would like to hide and show content(text/images) depending on if item is in stock or out of stock. How I can do it?

1- To add the margins and letter spacing for the dropdown submenus, please try out the following Custom CSS and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

    letter-spacing: 0.4px !important;
}

In this Margin CSS property it follows the values in this order: top-right-botom-left

2- As you know, the Accessories Demo has the Custom Single Product Layout already imported under the Dashboard > Layouts > Single Product. So, you can try out the following Custom CSS in this regard too:

.wd-single-content p {
   letter-spacing: 0.4px !important;
}

Location to paste Custom CSS is the same as told earlier.

3 & 4- It will be difficult to target specifically every element by their respective Class or ID. So, you can try out the following single-line CSS on your Site which will make the overall mentioned Texts to Capitalize:

    text-transform: capitalize !important;
}

7- Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations. You can look for any third party Plugins in this regard at your own risk which best suits your needs.

8- Sorry to say but the Category Description under the Theme are the simple ones, that is there isn’t any option available to make them like a collapsible function. It would require Customization too or a third party Plugin usage.

9- Same goes with the Brand Description too. These are also the simple ones, that is there isn’t any option available to make them like a collapsible function. It would require Customization too or a third party Plugin usage.

10- Sorry to say this but unfortunately this concern of yours is also related to Customization because there isn’t such an option available even from the WooCommerce end too as far as we know. You can try out possibly a third party Plugin if there is one for that.

Thank you. I would like to translate website and cannot find few things. Most of the things where translated automatically but few left. I use WMPL and do not want to install any additional plugin and it would be great if I could translate it thru WPML.

1. Where I can find the translation of SHOPPING CART -> CHECKOUT -› ORDER COMPLETE the cart checkout steps element.?
2. Also in the bredcrumbs where I can find translation of Home breadcrumb?
3. When adding to cart I also have SHOPPING CART and CLOSE button not translated. When cart is empty there is button RETURN TO SHOP not translated.
4. When you click compare there are some elements you cannot translate in Theme settings>Shop>Compare like text Compare list is empty and RETURN TO SHOP and when you add items to compare you still have DESCRIPTION, AVAILABILITY, COLOR and Remove button not translated
5. Also filters are not translated FILTER BY PRICE for example STOCK STATUS, FEATURES also TOP RATED PRODUCTS name is also not translated.
6. On product page in Single product layout Accessories there is Compare and Add to wishlist icons. Also not translated. How I can translate those?
7. In mobile menu also nothing translated like CATEGORIES name or in MENU section: Wishlist, Compare, My account even if I named those pages correctly in my language and they work good in other sections here they are not translated. Also search option is not translated.
8. Search is also not translated

I would appreciate info how I can translate each element.
