Please create two HTML in different languages.
Navigate to WPML > String Translation > Choose the admin_text_woodmart_option from the dropdown and find the title and the content block http://prntscr.com/lx5qpz

You need to find the initial HTML block in the Strings translation and insert cloned HTML block (translated) into the translation as you do with phrases.
