SHIPPING BAR personnalization

i’m looking to pimp a little bit the (super) native shipping bar,

my question is do u know a way to make it -> Red (0%)/ orange (50%) / green (+100%) when shipping cost goes on ?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
