Shipping cost calculation issue in cart

    Hello,

    We are experiencing an issue with the shipping cost calculation in the cart. When entering the ZIP code, the field suddenly disappears, and we need to type it several times until the shipping cost is displayed.

    We have already tested by disabling all plugins that could interfere with the calculation, but the issue still persists.

    Could you please check and guide us on how to fix this problem?

    Hello,

    We have conducted further tests, as requested, to better understand the issue.

    When using the current theme, after entering the ZIP code, the field disappears, and we need to type it several times until the shipping cost is displayed.

    However, when switching to the Hello Elementor theme, this problem does not occur, and the calculation works normally.

    In addition, there is also an issue with the Shipping Methods Display Order.

    With the current theme, even when setting the display order of the shipping methods in the settings, this order is not reflected on the calculation page.

    When deactivating the current theme, this incorrect behavior also disappears, meaning the order is then respected.

    Hello,

    Please find attached a demonstration video: I added a random product to the cart and went to the shipping cost calculation page. Notice that when entering the ZIP code for the first time, it disappears and I need to type it again. In this test, the error happened only once, but in other cases, it has occurred up to three times in a row.

    I am also sending the portal access details along with this message.

    Yes, this will be fixed in our next update. We also noticed that your site is still serving a cached file.

    This is how the file should look:

    But right now it looks like this:
