Shipping fee calculations

    Hello,
    I’m calculating shipping fee according to this formula :
    5 + [fee percent=”15″ min_fee=”3,99”]

    Delivery of 1 pcs. of the product Plinthe MD008 with price 19,35 must cost 8,99
    but it gives7,42 € can you please explain me why ?
