Shipping Options not Appearing on Checkout

Good day,

After setting up the shipping zones and related settings in Woocommerce, the shipping options do not appear on the checkout page, even though the shipping zone is picked up.

Please see the attached screenshots and advise. The WP login details are provided in the private content block.
