Shiprocket order not fetced from my woocomerce and also IGST tax is not working

I placed dummy order all the thing are connected and showing authenticated but orders are not fetched and also IGST tax is not working in my woodmart theme

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
