Shop category banner

Hi,
I’m trying to put category banner image to my shop but I follow your instruction in documentation and even with that banner image do not display.
I also tried on theme setting – shop – banner header putting an image but nothing happen.
What I have to do?

Have a look at the screen http://prntscr.com/jhqraw You need to arrange your categories parent – 1st child because 2nd child is not displayed.

Enter each category and add icon or image as shown: http://prntscr.com/jhqt03

I don’t want icon but instead banner. See attachment where I’ve put the block but nothing displayed

You have added Promo Banner in HTML block, however, you have not added any image inside the banner. If you add an image http://prntscr.com/ji031j you will see your banner http://prntscr.com/ji03cu

Promo Banner works only with the image.

Ok now is working perfect!
I have to add banner in every category or there is a way to put the banner for the whole shop?

Hello,

If you want each category to have different banners, you will need create HTML block for each category. If you want to have one and the same banner for all you need one HTML but put its ID to all the categories.
