Shop Category Page Pagination

When I click on the 2nd, 3rd, etc. pagination links at the bottom of the page, the page doesn’t refresh to take me to the top of the page. It remains at the bottom of the page, which defeats the purpose of showing the user the new products on page 2, 3, etc.

I also tried to switch to using the “Load More” and “Infinite Scrolling” buttons, and those don’t load new products or allow for infinite scrolling.

Can you please advise?

I have visited your website.

1) Please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop and enable the “scroll to top after ajax “. Then clear cache and check back.

2) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

The plugin causing the issue was “Product Filters for WooCommerce”. I disabled it and now the pagination is working again. Thanks!
