razvanliParticipantHello,
I am using attributes as filters for my products and none of them is working. Those are shown on the category or any other page, but when you click them, nothing changed.
Can be tested here

razvanliParticipantSure
See belowAugust 19, 2023 at 3:08 pm #489814
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back,You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards.

razvanliParticipantThat will be a big impact for the website and I want to avoid it to be honest.
I suspect the layout, because in the Category page is working well.
This is the category page: https://prettygoodcoffee.ro/cafea-de-specialitate/always-in-stock/August 21, 2023 at 10:38 am #490039
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Yes, you are right but you have to check the site after disabling all the 3rd party plugins. Please take the complete backup of your site and then check back the filter is working or not.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

razvanliParticipantHello,
All requested plugins were disabled. The problem is still there, the filters are not working.
I would appreciate if you can start and do a troubleshoot now and not asking me to do different things that can mess my current website. If you feel the need, escalate this please.
I made a video of my actions and upload it here

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

razvanliParticipantI can check that during this night to see.
The curious fact is that on another page is working well.
For example this one, which is using the same filters, is working

Artem TemosKeymasterWe can’t say exactly but it might be due to lookup tables in WooCommerce. Check how it works with the default theme first and let us know.
Kind Regards
